Raag Indian Cuisine
Wow. Just, Wow! Raag Indian Cuisine is a show-stopping beaut! Diversified Construction recently partnered with Kamarron Design, Inc. to create a casual, yet upscale space with subtle inspired accents of India. Located in Edina’s 50th and France neighborhood, Raag’s menu was created by Food Network India Star, Chef Ajay Chopra and executed by Chef Romila Ramamurthy. Raag is an endeavor to change the way you look at Indian cuisine, permanently.
Lat 14 Asian Eatery
Chef Ann Ahmed has made a name for herself with over 13 years of success at her Brooklyn Park restaurant, Lemongrass Thai. Diversified Construction has helped Chef Ann expand and remodel that space several times over the years as the success mounted. We were very excited to learn about Chef Ann’s next venture- transforming a former Perkins in Golden Valley into a beautiful new upscale concept inspired by her travels along the 14th latitude.
Shea Design pulled out all the stops ensuring this space would feel nothing like the house of pancakes it once was. The space was carefully crafted with art evoking the regions of the 14th latitude, pops of color, creative lighting and beautiful tile work. It seems that Golden Valley was ready for culinary adventure as the restaurant has been nearly booked solid since opening.
