It’s been so fun working with CB Burnet as each space is unique to the agents and the neighborhood it serves. This space in Minnetonka is relaxed but professional with subtle nautical vibes, glass enclosed conference rooms, rich woods and crown molding throughout. The CB Burnet buildouts are challenging as they must be completed while the business is still running, meaning there are dozens of clients and agents coming and going from the space every day. This requires highly detailed phasing, installing sound barriers, hanging dust protection and very strict timing restrictions. We’re heavily involved in CB’s projects from the very early design stages which cuts down on the overall time it takes to put together a project and ensures that materials that are being selected along the way are within budget.
