Diversified recently completed a 35,000 square foot remodel in the Boatworks building located in downtown Wayzata for client, Rick Born. Born recently acquired the Boatworks building for the second time and hired Diversified Construction to demo and renovate the space for his technology services firm, RBA Consulting as well as tenant, Dakota Plains.
