Café Zupas originated in Provo, Utah in 2004. The concept of two Tech professionals whose love of food and travel prompted them to create a restaurant inspired by their travels with delicious food from scratch that you can feel good about eating. The menu includes soup, sandwiches, salads, all made from scratch every day, down to the dressings and spreads. Now, with 34 locations and counting, Zupas is proving consumers share their love of fresh, delicious, quality-sourced food.
Diversified Construction recently had the pleasure of working with Café Zupas on launching their first couple of Midwest locations. Zupas’ first location opened in Woodbury’s CityPlace development in September 2015 and their second location in Maple Grove will open mid- February. Locations have also been announced in Eden Prairie and Eagan.
