We were honored to partner with repeat client Drew Horowitz and his wonderful Team to bring Gateway Recovery Center to the community of Brooklyn Park.

Gateway offers the vital need of medical detoxification services in a comfortable, resort-style facility with full-service dining, spacious guest rooms, and a relaxing lounge.

Converting a former office building into a state-of-the-art recovery center meant bringing the building down to bare bones. The building was then upgraded with all new HVAC, electrical, an upgraded water service, and a sprinkler system and was wired to be powered off by a generator in case of an outage.

The buildout comprised of 10 bedrooms housing 18 beds all with en-suite bathrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a client lounge.

This once drab office is now a comfortable environment to facilitate healing for its clients.
