Diversified couldn’t be more excited to be partnering with Chef Alex Roberts and James Dayton Design on Roberts’ exciting plans for the building that occupies Restaurant Alma. The first of it’s kind in Minneapolis, Roberts will open a boutique hotel on the second floor of the building and an all day cafe adjacent to Alma. The cafe is inspired by cafe’s of Paris that maintain relevancy from morning to night and will have a menu that changes with the day.
